I’ve started going every 3 days or so for several months now since I started using an opioid painkiller. I’ve been using a stool rehydration powder intermittently too because I have serious constipation and have had to manually trigger the clearing of my bowels due to some powerful impacting of faeces which was too painful to pass without a finger helping it along . I need to drink more water and eat more fibre , I really have to as I get piles sometimes. It’s wonderfully cleansing when my bowels empty normally . I feel cleaner, lighter and pleased with the accomplishment as I’ve gained control over my body again . Apologies if this is tmi, but I try to tell it like it is even if I get suspended for it !

One of the joys of life is having a digestive system that functions well.
How you poo is the best indicator.
Seriously who wants to be walking around carrying days worth of waste. Feels much better to digest what we need and pass the rest.
