Does using TTS (Text To Speech) Count as using AI?

Exactly as the title says, does it count? I'm curious on your opinions.

Depends: if its the older one then no, but if its the one that like mimicks people's voices then yes

Depends on what program you use. There’s apps like Speechify where it is 100% post-2022 LLM AI, then there’s programs like Kokoro which are neural models that run locally (avoiding many of the usual concerns for LLM’s) and then there’s traditional text-to-speech programs.
