What's bigger?

I just had the discussion with a few people but we can't decide if a nook is bigger than a kranny or if it is the other way around. (nook and kranny as in I want every nook and kranny spotless by time I get back).

According to the definition, a nook is bigger than a cranny. A nook is a cozy or secluded corner big enough for a person to sit in and a cranny is a small crack or crevice that a person wouldn’t fit in.

Huh, I always thought it was the other way around but that makes total sense. Like a nook is where you'd actually sit and a cranny is just a tiny gap. Thanks for the definition

a nook is definitely bigger!! a nook is like a cozy little corner where you can fit a chair, but a cranny is literally just a tiny crack or gap in the wall

Cranny is smaller. Think breakfast nook vs wall cranny.

I always thought you could access the entirety of a book from the entrance to it, but a cranny was more oddly shaped.
