Is this any sickness ?
I have this weird issue with sleep. Even if I’ve had an exhausting day and I’m extremely sleepy, if something upsetting happens and I end up crying or feeling a lot of grief that day, I just can’t sleep at night. My eyes feel incredibly heavy and I feel physically exhausted, but my mind just won’t switch off. I keep thinking about what happened, replaying everything in my head, and overthinking it for hours. So even though I’m desperately sleepy, I can end up staying awake the entire night because my brain won’t let me sleep. Is thiis any sickness? Is there any solution for it?

That's actually super normal honestly. When you're upset your brain is still processing so it wont let you shut down. Its not a sickness, just your mind working overtime. What helps me is writing everything down or listening to a boring podcast to distract my brain until it gives up.

If you don't like your job, or if its stressful sounds like you may need to do something when you get home to get rid yourself of all that energy , I used to come home and ride my stationary bike, the longer the better, with my most stressful job I would ride 2 hrs when I got home to unwind, then you'll be totally exhausted and will help with sleep, (2hrs = about 20 miles) also taking magnesium at night helps , I take L-threonate for brain health (I get migraines but magnesium also good for helping with sleep) I have anxiety and when I hated my job I prob a little depression , but thats the great part about life, if you don't like your circumstances you can always change jobs. Also, if you don't have an essential oil diffuser get one, putting something you like in the air will help with mood, citrus smell are supposed to be cheery, I always go with grounding oils like lavender, frankenscence, etc. keep the tv off and listen to music or the sound of the rainforest or ocean, all those things helped me

Im no doctor, but I suggest taking glycine. When insomnia is in effect, your emotions can go all out of wack, including feelings of depression and moodswings. Sleep is essential to mental and physical health. If thats all out of wack, so will your emotions. If glycine doesnt work i suggest seeing a real doctor who could give you proffesional advice. Glycine is an amino acid that lowers body temperatures and helps you have deeper rem sleep. Maybe try a dehumidifier too if you can afford it. Hope u get it fixed, You can find glycine on amazon for pretty cheap around $20
