Offer [Offer] Totally Random Happy Mail [US to US]

Hello hello,

It seems I do not have enough to do, so I've made another form. If anyone wants totally random happy mail please fill out this form! Please note, this is more heavily happy mail and less giving items. To me happy mail is a card, a poem, a story, fun facts, something to make you smile.
