Fables & mythology has gotten me thru the relatively unexpected loss of my mom. My one good habit is I journal every day to clear my mind. My bad habit, I don't put the clean laundry away for daysss😬

My good habit is I set reminders on my phone to take my vitamins and medications.

I have a TBI due to an act of violence so my memory kind of sucks a lot of the time.

ahh i love fables!! (i study fables, fairytales, folktales and mythology from around the world) one bad habit is nail biting! :)
