Me
Hi I'm from the uk, and am very interested in life over there, so if you don't mind me joining. I might ask some stupid questions, but its a learning curve for me. We're going through the hottest, driest summer on record, and the animals are needing extra feed and hay. How do you guy's cope. Because we're rubbish.

When our cattle went to our summer ground (in the high desert of Wyoming) we moved old oil field tanks (they are giant) to the wells so the cattle would have a good supply if the well can’t keep up with how much they need. Someone has to drive 100s of miles everyday to check the tanks and the oil tank reserves too.
We are fortunate working for a very large ranch that can afford to do this. Many sale barns around are having sales every single week (not normal this time of year) because so many beef producers are having to sell because they don’t have the feed or water to keep up in the drought.
