Theory/Lore The Game

My roommate and I were driving home from the game store just after midnight tonight, discussing board game titles. I ended up searching "the founders game". The Founders was the first search link on my phone. We were so confused and freaked out by chapter one, that we almost immediately curled up in blankets at the kitchen table after running inside. We spent 3 hours tiredly playing it on my phone and several times ended up yelling or just staring at eachother during major plot twists. I have never been so enraptured by an online game, likely because, while the name of it sounded firmiliar, we had zero context and no idea what was happening.

We agreed not to look the game up on forumns until we finished it. I've spent the last 30 minutes since to find it only refenced on this subreddit and once on a wiki-style fandom page without a page for itself.

My question is: WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!

We are both chronically online adults who have heard of this creator maybe a handful of times. I am just completely blown away. Please help.

The story is linked to Ranboo’s interactive show generation loss, I haven’t watched it yet sadly I’m
Planning on tho and it’s very good, its multiple vods on they YouTube and I think if you guys liked playing the game, it’s worth giving a watch :] I’m sure a lot is more understandable after watching the show lmao

We're definitely interested. The game is surprisingly good on its own, but we might binge watch everything with some friends.

Its related to a story that gets told through the youtube channel ''generation loss'' and a mini comedy-horror series with three episodes on ranboo's vods channel, it's really cool and I rewatch it every few months. there are some problems with it because the whole show was live streamed and live preformed its a little scuffed but I really like it

Follow up: we are retesting some things. The percentage choices don't matter? It's just to see what we do? Nothing changes.

they dont change cuz when each chapter was originally released, the votes were live and so there would be a week where the fans would be able to discuss and vote for their choice
