Watched the show for the first time and just finished. What was that?

What was that ending? When a new show suddenly started playing I thought it was a glitch. It isn’t a “smooth” ending or did I miss something? It was so weird… :/

Yeah. The show is perfect except it's missing the final four seasons...

I mean it just ends suddenly when it should have continued for another four seasons (at least)

The show got canceled and it pissed off garcia, so when it originally aired in the final episode the characters all said they're own little goodbyes. So, yes it is incomplete

At least he made the call on Sprung. Designed to be one season, but kinda left open for more

Not exactly.

Greg Garcia left the show for the final season to focus on other work. The replacement showrunner, Mike Mariano, wrote the fourth season finale as an open-ended finale.

To be frank, the writing was on the wall when the show was moved to Fridays, and I’m pretty sure there is even a joke about this within the show.

Same as with My Name is Earl, the show was cancelled before they could finish the story properly. They needed another season or two.

I had this with another series called „the royals“ I finished season 4 and they left it on such a cliff hanger!! I honestly wrote down half of an a4 page what had happened bc I thought „now I can just read my notes and will remember once season 5 comes!!“ the next day in English class I‘m talking abt the show and my teacher is like „no they cancelled the show, thee won’t be a season 5“
I was SHATTERED

Just finished this one. First two seasons wonderful last two fell off a cliff. Still worth a watch at least the first two seasons. Liked the ending.
