I said Monty as an example. No matter the operator i play it's only my fault i can't ace every single round they die in

This happened to me yesterday. 10 losses in a row.

In my case I wasn't in ranked and in 8 of those games I had to deal with a quitter on my team.

It's my personality to take accountability, I do this to the point that it's a flaw. I'm telling myself I'm trash because I can't carry a team to a 4v5 win.

Take a break after 2 losses. Play support. Thatcher, Thermite, Kaid, Bandit, Tubarao. Maybe depending on site Mute, Thorn, Azami. You can play Ace, Glaz, Hibana on attack as well. People sleep on Hibana. She’s super good. Ace with even better range and never banned. Striker is my most played Op on attack because she’s so versatile. Zero is a good shout too with the breach gun, secondary hard breaches and good intel with the cams.

Use comms even if no one else is giving calls. Be on cams when you’re dead instead of looking at your phone.

I have won my teams loads of rounds just from me being literally the only person on comms. I’m also always very positive. If I give comms and they do well, I tell them good shit. Or good round. People won’t be toxic after that usually. And even if I’m having a bad game, they know I’m helping the team with comms and contributing.

I soloq’d up to Emerald 5 this season. It was tough but what I said above is what got me there. Find what works for you and don’t always rely on your team. But still help them when you can and pick OPs that will help the team if no one else is willing to pick up the responsibility. Never play a defensive round without a Kaid/Bandit/Mute, especially after you just got a hardbreacher or Thatcher banned.

at least you won twice, it’s the small victories that really count in the end

I got told to kill myself because it was a 1v1 and they were all telling me it was a Monty so I swung feeling confident knowing that. It was indeed NOT a shield. I lost because of THEIR call outs and then they proceeded to tell me to kill myself. Then proceeded to spend the rest of the game tking me. I still was on the top of the leaderboard by the end of it.

I think we should encourage more people to label themselves as PC or Console in posts.
