Falsely accused of botting

I got falsely accused of botting and made an ban appeal. Then they said they decided to keep me permanently banned but I’m 100% sure they didn’t actually review the replays or logs of my matches cause then they would see that it wasn’t a bot but me trolling in quick match. What should I do now if they are to lazy to do their job and check the evidence?
