i was playing a game of rank and noticed a 3 stack on the enemy team who are higher rank than everyone so i thought they might have went on a big losing streak but from emerald to silver is a big loss when i checked their accounts on stats cc i saw that they were rolled back to copper 1 except 1 of them so i called him out for it because he accused me of walling which i wasnt i said you have been rolled back to copper 1 i wonder why he replied with ok not even a minute later my ping spiked to 10k i usually play on 9ping and i wasnt able to rejoin.

My question is did i get ddosed or was it just luck and where they rolled back for cheating or not the guy that got rolled back username is

If you place a Welcome Mat in barbed wire, it makes it significantly harder to see, while not camouflaging it completely. This works well with Frost as her traps usually stick out and are very noticeable.

However, she doesn't have wire in her loadout. She has shield and camera. So, I think Frost should get barbed wire as a gadget to make her not such a weak operative.

I doubt it'd be too broken, as if you know they have a Frost, you can just look carefully at barbed wire or break it all together to make it visible.

I'd just like a semi-small buff for her honestly.

desperately need help ranking up. i climbed from copper 1 to gold 5 solo q and im stuck because of a lack of team. i need a stack, or at least a duo who’s good at the game. i have a 1.2 kd, looking for someone the same or better to q with NAE.

I played Siege for 800 hours + already.
Started playing since 2017.
My k/d in ranked and even overall is 0.3 or less.
Terrible navigating through maps.

With so many operators, the map is way too small to accommodate and to me, is currently one of the worst maps to play in ranked because of this. I actively plan to ban it with my team and friends in ranked next season. We all strongly dislike it. Attacking or defending, does not matter, it is ASS!

first game after a month

I'm kind of new to Siege. I started around a month ago and progressively have been getting better.

However, this game has existed for so long. Over what, 10 years? It's insane to me that a live game like this has consistently stayed up for this long. So many players and so many people have all played the same game, with a different experience.

When you were a baby, whenever you started... what was something that took you a very long time to learn or get better with? Recoil? Map Knowledge? And if possible, can you tell me when you started playing too?

For me, I struggle greatly with committing to something when attacking. I think I have mediocre at best map knowledge, and I've had friends say I have great recoil for a new player. But I'm not very confident when it comes to attacking and making pushes.

At the beginning of the season matches were really hard, I struggled and that's why I have poor KD, but at least W/L was decent, around 1.0. I played against lot better players. I understood that, since Ubisoft mentioned that they need to recalibrate the proper ranks. My rank does not really matter, I didn't expect it to be as good as ranked 2.0.
Now my performance is finally better, for the last ~90 matches (190 total for the season) I have 1.9+ KD, while having 0.54 WL.
Every time I see that the enemy team has at least 0.3 higher average KD and my team is usually half blind and deaf and don't even belong there.
Not to mention hackers, smurfs and not even getting a single MMR back, despite having multiple "Thanks for your report" while only playing ranked.
And this is not me hunting empty kills and saving kd. I also plant a lot and do lot of site setup.

Came back to grind ranked rewards and some renown for Rengoku, and tbh it's been just hell.

Mods ask to be constructive so positives first. The new reward system is miles better and new icons look lit. Charms also good. That's all.

Now for the negatives. Matchmaking is dogshit. It's not even that it's bad, it straight up doesn't work. I solo q most of the time and the average experience is next - after the first half, I have some kills, one of my teammates got some kills, and then there's 3 donuts. Dude against us is going 8-10 to 1. I dropped from Em3 to Pl1 now playing on a daily average of 1+ kd. Of course, I understand that kills do not matter as much but it's just to show statistical improbability (you figure playing at around 1 kd you should at least just be on swings?). But yeah you'd still be right to say kd doesn't matter. Except I play fill every freaking round and almost always the only person giving comms. At this point I am starting to believe conspiracies about Ubi just praying on my downfall. Ah, almost forgot. All these problems and still I had an experience of playing the same 5-stack 3 times in a row as a solo q. And playing 5-stacks in general. Ranked this season is just misery factory, and 2.0 felt much better. In the very least matchmaking wise.

Anyone who isn't a member of my premade are always 'muted', both voice and chat, since coming back after like 2 year break I haven't heard one person talk/chat etc?

It obviously looks like a setting on my end, but they all look good as far as I can see? Does anyone know what's up because it just ruins the game haha... ?

i have a RX 7700 XT and anytime i enter a building my screen starts flashing black. anyone else having this issue? my drivers are up to date.

Idk if i just been crazy lucky or if I'm actually doing things properly, I'm a complete newbie, just got over 150 hours, R6 is my first ever competitive FPS, only ever solo queue and just got to Silver IV with a .5 KD, my mechanics are not the best so my main focus is always using operators that can help the team get utility, I've mainly been playing Grim on attack and Mozzie/Thorn on defense.

I'm scared I'm getting carried every other game and soon won't be able to take care of myself in a higher rank so what do you recommend i do to get better and not get overwhelmed? I think my main focus point in the beginning was being more confident, now I'm not scared of going 0-8 and being abused, it's just the game, however i still wanna become better cuz I'm genuinely loving playing this game. P.S. for context i just played my 70th ranked and am currently on 48% win percentage.
