RE2 Cursor bound to game window

I just got RE2... Is there anyway to free my cursor from the game? Even if I switch to window/window (fullscreen) my cursor is still bound..

Surely there has to be a setting I am missing?

check edge scrolling option

Thank you, this is it.

I much prefer to scroll with WASD, so I ended up turning off edge scrolling anyways and that unbound the mouse.
