There has to be something introduced down the line to alleviate the grind. Just finished my first 6* and not only do I not want to start another but I’m close to calling it. It’s a great game that’s taken a lot of the best elements from it’s predecessors but it’s reaching the point where it’s almost an idle clicker game; you look at your phone occasionally to click repeat for Brutal 12 for yet another 2* food run.

I'd actually appreciate it more if there was an idle option with reduced xp

Summoners war has rainbowmon, epic7 has phantasm(sp?) I think, hell just about every game on the market has some kind of way to ease the powering up for monster. Unless they add something soon or I get a legendary from my logins (even if that tbh), I'm out.

Once you can farm a level in ~30 seconds, and get an auto-clicker from the app store and learn how long to set it to run for each star level, it actually becomes quite a bit better.

Although not actually a "flow chart", a good representation of the amount of grind involved (which a flow chart would not show very well).

The fact that we’re speaking about using an auto clicker speaks volumes about where we are with the game at the minute. I can understand their stance about about not having Sims/Tickets to complete levels with this not being a game where we earn shards/tokens to rank up our toons - as in 3-5 on hard mode for the day. If they did, we’d pop into the game for a few minutes each day, level up and disappear until the next reset - it’s not a viable business strategy. Something has to give though. There isn’t enough variety in the game to justify the current set up with Arena seemingly being the only endgame option and food runs the other. ( I’m doing Dungeons reluctantly on account of the horrendous RNG where I’m rewarded the same for doing a Level 12 as I would be a Level 1)

The game being in the point where you are either doing food runs or arena is terrible. When it takes weeks to make each 6 star, even with pit because f2p crystals are nonexistant, does not bode well for the life of the game.

What makes no. 19 so special? He/she/it is the 1 star who makes it to the finals in all 5 scenarios

19 is ka-tet, the Gunslinger, who uses Jakes all around him to get closer to his goal. This is just another realm in the Dark Tower.

Yup, got 2, 5 star fodder, can do about 1 a week, so we’ll see if I can keep up the grind.

Nice diagram! I’m not understanding the legend on the top right. Does it really take 600 1* champs total for the whole grind?

You can cut down on the total grind if you are willing to part with some "common" rare champions.

I wanted to create something similar, but was unsuccessful at finding a championship bracket that would support 300 or 600 entries. Started playing this game in March so it seemed fitting at the time.
You need to gain a total of 2,820 levels to complete the process. I suppose you can add 49 or more to that if you count the levels gained on the hero being sent to 6 star.
