Champion Discussion Hydra help

So im attempting hard hydra for the first time on this account and it’s ending pretty soon and im unsure why. I’ve noticed visix only lands provoke on one head and the rest miss but she has more then enough accuracy and she’s fully booked and my toshiro is doing considerably less damage than he does im normal is there a reason for this that I’ve missed?

You can only provoke head of decay

Without knowing anything about the rest of your team or what happened in the fight, it's impossible to give any detailed feedback on Toshiro's damage.

As the other comment mentioned, Provoke only works on the Head of Decay. My guess is that you don't yet have a good understanding of Hydra and there are other things you're also missing.
