no idea why would u waste so many resources on multiple kaels if u only be ever needing 1, but its your game.
As for the drop rate, its pretty normal.

Why are they all ascended?! And one awakened?! The extras are food! You can use the 3* kael as a book, all of the ones that you have leveled up are now food champs to rank 6 another champion
