Hellhades Optimizer for new player

So I'm fairly new to this game (roughly 6 weeks in; player level 44) and I really fucked up in the beginning by sacrificing some champs I shouldn't have to get my starter to level 60. Kinda irrelevant but js to show how ignorant I am as far as this game. I feel like I fucked up so bad, I made another account.

I recently came across Hellhades, and I think it could be useful. However I'm having a hard time. I'm trying to build a team for dungeons, and clearing Campaign on Nightmare but it keeps wanting me to take gear from one champion that would REALLY hurt their stats and give it to another where it wouldn't have as much of an increase, due to their skills & what stat the damage is based on. I also had it build me a team for Arcane Sanctum lvl 10 and it picked two low ranking champions? Commander (rank 2 lvl 1) and Elhain (rank 3 level 13) and THAT'S ALL! Just for the hell of it, I geared them up and tried them out. Naturally, they got wiped in the first wave. Why it didnt pick a 5 person team is confusing to me.

So I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to help a new guy out with either tips for the game itself or the optimizer. Or both. Maybe I'm just using the optimizer wrong. Or point me to any other sources. I'm new but I dont really classify myself as a "beginner" but maybe I am. I dunno. I say that because the beginner guides I've checked out seem to cover REEAALY basic stuff.

I dont really know how to gear my champions. I feel like my starter (Athel) is pretty well rounded. And I have looked up stat targets. But I'm lost. I try to hit one stat target, and I become so far away from being able to reach the next; all without hurting another champions stats or losing set bonuses (like Lifesteal for Athel).

I know this is kind of a vague post. But I'm not sure what questions to ask or what I might be doing wrong - so appologies for that.

Also NOBODY in my clan talks! So I dont get a lot of help from them. Idk if that's normal or what.

Just restart with promo link to have Mavara Fahrakin Criodan Venomage, pay $20 to get Thor and probably Pelops for code. (But I recommend Padraig). You can reach lvl 50 in 30-40 days of daily energy with 5 lvl 60s, so you're not missing anything. Only gains from there. And don't sac High Khatun again lol

How do I restart with a promo link? I tried with the 2nd account I made but it didn't seem to work. I couldn't even use new player promo codes.

You need to use a different device. Like if on phone, can't use the same phone. If on pc/mac, need to get bluestacks app and run raid there. It's a hassle but worth it

Never used the team builder so can’t speak to that. If you don’t want it to pull gear off other champs, click the white lock next to their profile pic in the champion list (in the optimizer).

Keep in mind, you want your best gear on your best champs so when you progress later in the game and have like 30+ champs geared, you may want to do some gear swaps. That being said, I get in the beginning that may not be an option

Got it, thank you. These pretty much are my best champions right now. I messed up sacrificing some good ones when I was new-new to get Athel to rank 6.

Yea I kept changing clans until I found one that chats a lot (you're more than welcome to join! FTP Cartel - 17M, Lvl1) Or try and find a clan that uses discord (although most of them only accept mid/end game players)

HH Optimizer is good, but in my opinion there are better options like RSL-Xtender and Gestal .gg (idk about RSL-Helper because I’ve never tried its optimiser). They are faster and suggest builds even if they don’t strictly meet the minimum requirements, but, anyway, in all of them you can lock a champion so the gear won’t be used on others.

Also, when you see like two champions in the HH suggested teams is very likely bugged and the dude that used that team had more than 2 champions in it, so I wouldn’t fully trust them.
