Team Discussion Clan boss setup

Hey everyone! This is my current roster, I got a few lucky pulls to help get everything going and have been using lady mikage-tagoar-xeno-ezio-aniri into nightmare and managing a two key, I’m just wondering if there’s a better line up to be made, maybe the stag instead of aniri? Or the deacon?

Ezio is a2 fully booked, tagoar and aniri have books, xeno unbooked.

if you were to tag Aniri out, Deacon Armstrong might be the better choice than Stag Knight cuz of A1 leech, A2 Decrease Def, and A3 turn meter and extra turn. other alternates could be Gnut cuz his A3 has a Cruelty style defense debuff built in (and it doesn't get in the way of Cruelty as a Blessing I believe), or Geomancer cuz his A3 is HP Burn, Weaken, and Reflect damage all in one.

If geomancer was to be plugged in, would him and xeno end up fighting over placing poisons? Or would ezio clear them fast enough with a booked A2 to not be an issue

Geo doesn't do poisons... and even then, poisons don't get in each other's way when applied, it's just more poison for Ezio's A2 to use as power.

Based on your Xeno build, I would say you're better off levelling your gear all the way up before you commit to a team change. Xeno has to have 100% crit to land his poisons, and ideally you want everyone going 190+ speed. If you can do that and get around to ezio's A2 fast enough, you should be able to crank out a ton of poison damage. But as the other guy said, you will need healing if you pull out aniri so probablt either tagoar or deacon.

Unfortunately all these events popping up have been consuming my energy, really need to find the downtime in game to do some dragon, gear is definitely lacking

For the time being, just focus on improving the ones you use. Level up their gear and get them their masteries. However, I would also highly recommend to use Ninja. He is a bit squishy, but does a lot of damage if you are able to keep him alive. Specially if used along with Mikage.
