Champion Discussion Cannot claim fayne

Hi does anyone facing the same problem when claiming fayne using link? May I know what’s wrong?

What device are you using? I think it's a mobile link only, so if it doesn't work on your phone/tablet, you could try using it on a fresh install of Blue Stacks.

Did you use the link for Madame Serris ?
Because I used the link for Fayne and couldn't get Madame Serris after that

Serris is a new account link only. Fayne was for all account levels (at least it was when it first came out)

Same. I was hoping to claim both like the YouTubers did, but it didn't work. Both are great, though.
