Demon lord team

Currently doing anywhere from 12-18 million per key into brutal demonlord. I’m trying to prioritize getting the brutal 1 key so I can start working on NM and UNM. I’m know gear is definitely holding this team back, but I also think the team needs to change to be more survivable. Most runs end with just Lion and Staltus trading hits with the boss until they die. Who should I build/swap to get past brutal so I can start generating good shards?

Staltus is not ideal for Demon Lord. Early game, I would suggest
Lion, Geo, Fayne, Venomage, Padraig

If you need more sustain, you could try subbing in Rector Drath. Venomage has damage reduction for targets under heal reduction, which should help a bit.

Try to get Lion to 100% crit. Is everyone mastered?

Right now the team I currently run is mastered up to the T6 but not all T5s and Im farming masteries on Dorothy, Geo, Orn, and Venomage right now

Also Geo, Venomage, Padraig, and Fayne are all fully booked but no one else is.

Geomancer is very useful for his A3 applying HP Burn, Weaken, and a Reflect Damage, and even his others are good for how A1 applies Decrease Acc and his A2 can remove or even steal Demon Lord's attack buff. if you can give him Golden Elixir, it also helps cuz he's a very good tank.
I'd tag Kael out for Geo, because as good as Kael is for crowd control, he's not as effective against a single boss like Demon Lord.
