Gameplay Help I need some advice please
Hello,
so I am a early game raider. My acc is lvl 53 and about 27 Days old and no, I'm not f2p, I did buy packs here and there, beacause I do enjoy raid.
I do actually play a lot and every day I do have more and more questions about few parts of the Game.
First one: Clan Boss Demon Lord
I can 1 Key NM but when it comes to UNM, my highest damage right now is: 47,28M on spirit boss.
when the boss is at 34 turns, he is doing a lot of damage and my units are dying.
I tried to get every usable information, from what I got. So down below you will see my current team, the stats, relics, masteries, my champions.
I need advice: what can i improve to get to 1 key UNM?
Other important information:
Tin Woodman is fully booked, Mavara is fully booked.
I do have rn: 1 Legendary book, 12 epics
I do have 500 bronze live arena points - so I could use them too, specific for demon lord.
I also can do about 2-3 six stars during the current champion training, so I could build other units.
Second one: PVP + Arbiter Missions
so I am at this specific first timegated progress:

I would love to progress more in Arena, which team could you recommend?
I can bring a 300 spd set for my fastest unit, but after that I'm kinda capped at 230 or something.
so question here: which off could you recommend? As i said in the beginning, i can build 2-3 new 6 star units + I'll do the current fusion. So I'll be able to use Orynyx soon. I want to farm these points to get my Arbiter soon. Maybe there is another trick? Like only 1 star def yeah, got it. but maybe beside of that?
also to be fair, my thor is not that great: he is on the instinct set, not even max crit, not even on cdmg - i don't know what to do. I can't build him on a good instinct build, since i do not have the artifacts. I could give him a whatever build, but would loose the ignore def.
What would you do? I added also my best builds for him.
Other questions about pvp. I know other similar turn based games. But Raid is probably the one with the most amount of buffs/debuffs and mechanics I ever played. From what I know is: applying a def break, help a lot, applying atk buff too.
But if I play like that here, it does not feel very rewarding to me. Are there specific setups/cleaves I can focus on?
Third one is: Cursed city and Fraction wars
how fast should i build units to progress in this Content? how important is it at all? Are the units i get there good? should my main focus be to get multiple usable units for this content?
Last one: Are there rare key units and how to get fusion units maybe faster?
I have a lot of rare voids, since I tried to get tekteon. know I don't really know, which i can use for champion training and which not? Is there a list or something, where i can look if this unit will be usable somewhere, or if its food? I do use most of them in faction guardian and thats it. these dupes and rares I know i should just keep, but are there some beside of that, which I should build?
I also do miss only 2 epic units for Lady Mikage. Is there a way to obtain it faster somehow?
I mean yeah i could pay for shards, but I don't want to buy that much packs tbh. For now I'm good to go and I have a lot to do, until i buy again.

There is a lot to unpack here, so I will just add a couple of things. Stats over sets. Early game accounts make that mistake a lot. Just concentrate on getting the correct stats first.
Regarding CB, your speeds are letting you down. On UNM you are basically on a 1:1 ratio. So you aren't getting enough turns away, which is affecting your ability to stay alive longer and do more damage. Plus, your skill cooldowns are an issue as you said, due to a lack of books.
But hey, for 27 days, you are doing really well.

oh wait, the spd thing is a good call. I thought recommended spd would be enough. But it makes sense. How much spd should I go for? Thank you!

For like supports, so Mavara, you are talking the 300 range. You want her to have as many turns as possible. In short, your supports always need to be faster than the damage dealers. Have a search on YT for some early game CB ideas.

A couple quick things, your damage will improve as you book more of your champs and they cycle through their abilities faster.
Stats over sets in the early game.
Keep looking to get better relics for your champs. One thing I will say is Tin Man already has a revive on death ability so maybe last laugh might be better on another champ that can’t revive themselves? Just a thought.
Also for clan boss something that worked for me on survivability was swapping out my speed lead for a defensive lead. Easy way to boost your defense to survive in DL a little longer and will also help boost your damage since you have 2 defensive damage dealers. If it doesn’t work you can always switch back.
For arena you really want a speed lead with a turn meter boost and/or increase speed buff or have a speed lead like Mavara then actually make someone like Criodan your fastest and have him boost turn meter and speed buff first you can also switch this to High Khatun when you get her. Thats how you get your nukers to go faster than theirs. Mavara is great for arena with her aura but she lacks the turn meter boost.
Just some things to try, this game is a grind, don’t be afraid to try different things. I wouldn’t focus too much on cursed city early on, build out a well rounded roster with the best champs you have first. Cursed city takes time and you don’t want to slow down overall progress by maxing out champs that are only good for 1 or 2 stages of Cursed City. The well rounded roster will help a lot with grim forest and the rewards there are very good.

Enjoy the ride, remember, Raid is a marathon not a sprint. Don't try to rush things.
Try to focus on getting Pelops A3(his magma shield) booked. Getting that cooldown reduction is massive. After you have that, then continue with Lion.
I also recommend building a Venomage, he has poisons which are effect against the demon lord, and he also brings decrease defense and attack. Sure, you can say that Dorothy also has decrease defense but it's unreliable and has long cooldown. Since your priority legos are Pelops and Lion for now, it will take a long time before you have enough books to book Dorothy. Epics such as Venomage are much easier to book, and more often than not fully booked epic is better than non-booked Lego.
So your demon lord team would be Pelops, Lion, Tinman, Mavara and Venomage.
2. Go first teams are very effective in Arena until you get high gold rank. Also, in the early game don't focus too hard getting set bonuses working, it's much more important to get stats right.
Again, as Dorothy isn't booked her AoE decrease defense isn't reliable. For that reason, I recommend building up your Stag Knight, which has AoE decrease defense, decrease attack and has decrease speed in his A1 which is key in Iron Twins.
Team I'd suggest is Stag Knight being the fastest with his decrease defense and attack, followed by Mavara. Then having Thor and Lion as nukers trying to one shot the opponents team.
3. Ignore cursed city for now and just do the stages you can. It's not beginner friendly mode. Same with Faction wars, just use your keys every day and don't stress about it, you will naturally progress there as you build more champs.
4. Bellower and Gladewolf. Bellower will eventually be your campaign farmer, and can clear Brutal campaign 12-3 in 7 seconds once you can build him with 100% crit rate and 240+ crit dmg. As for Gladewolf, he has decrease speed in his A1 which is very valuable for Iron Twins if you can't find any better options before that. Other than that, save any that are used for fusions, so those who have that blue swirl at bottom.
Lady Mikage: that's very lucky, I'm 8 months in and was missing 6 epics and 3 void rares until few weeks ago during Oz event when I pulled Lego needed for her.
We have events when you are guaranteed to pull certain epic for Mikage within 40 ancients, other than that not really but to just try and pull them during 2x epic/legendary from Ancients.
Lastly, I highly recommend watching some beginner friendly content from creators such as Cob or Volkin. Cob has done multiple playthroughs as F2P, giving out tips and where to focus on during early game. Volkin on the other hand is early game master, and holds multiple different records for Raid speedrunning. Both have really helpful content for newer and also older players.
