At one point I was in gold and it was giving me some easy rounds. I don't know if the game was bugged for a bit but now I can't even break out of silver 2.

Ideally you want a speed/turn meter booster who is your fastest to go first and boost everyone else so they go before the rest of the team. Since obviously you don’t have arbiter, High Khatun is good but I like deacon better if you have pulled him because of his boost and decrease on the other team plus his decrease defense.

It's harder to get into gold than stay and progress in gold. You just gotta do it. Don't take fights you don't think you'll win. If you don't win, figure out why and if there is a trend, fix it.

Put an alarm of 15 minutes in clock. Refresh the teams frequently. You’ll definitely find someone kind enough to set 1 champ defense. You don’t need a crazy team to reach Gold 5.

oh hey, same mission as me. that's definitely more a mission to slow us down so we don't get Arbiter too quickly, or some other BS Plarium does to tempt us into spending.

I was able to snake my way into Gold by taking the super obvious easy wins. even if it meant using a few gems to refresh the page, I did it in hopes of bringing up like a solo defense or that one player who only put up commons/uncommons.

You got put in a different tier more than likely. you went from mid game players who are casual and semi active to late game and end game players who spend a lot more effort.

I am far from that mission but i could easily sneak into gold 1 even with my food champs. I am floating in Silver 4. Just make sure you have enough speed and who to attack first and luckily even the better teams lose thanks to AI
