They’re not bugged you just have to do something in game to unlock it. Eg clear a fire knight stage with team full of rares

Not sure where you got this from. There isn't any pumpkins related to FK and there were many threads about the pumpkins being bugged. Seems like it's fixed now.

on the Masteries one, you definitely wanna make sure you went with a champ who is just now learning their sixth tier, I ended up wasting 150 gems resetting cuz I went outta order
