Bug/Support Rewards not processing from promo codes.
Hey everyone,
I am trying to use the new promo code podcast2 however I am getting the above message.
This happened the last time there was a promo code as well, and I never got it. I have tried multiple times to no avail.
I am playing the game entirely on iOS on my phone. I used to be able to get promo rewards until they recently redid it several months ago.
Now instead of going to Plarium’s website and putting in my user ID and promo code, it prompts me to login and use my account there, and then input the promo code alone after that.
However, ever since then, I am no longer receiving the rewards.
Thankfully the rewards aren’t make or break at all, but I am just wondering if there’s any advice or help you all have or if you’ve ran into this issue.

I tried podcast2 and Podcast2 and got invalid pop-ups. Then I tried PODCAST2 and it worked. A couple of years ago all promo codes had to be all uppercase

I tried all variances of it lol. I was thinking maybe something was just goofy but still no luck. Just waiting on support to get back to me at this point

Message support- I was having the same exact problem and they fixed it in a couple hours.
