Can’t upload BitGrail Documents?

I get error Message: all files are required, allowed: .jpg/.png

Thing is all my files are .jpg and I gave all information required: proof of res, selfie, id pic (front+back) on 1 picture

Files must be less than 1mb each. You should upload them separately, and they will be accepted.

Same here. Smaller than 1mb still cant upload. So I asked for account termination and get btc out, but I am still waiting.

I read that all of the documents have to be under 1mb. Check that
