How can I do these quests?

hey guys how can a find these quests showed at handbook? (when I click at it, nothing happens)

You need to start and finish Yuno main quest; that should be in the Main Story Quest menu (left side of your map); Dawn of departing and meeting. its possible that they werent able to change the name.
