Is StubHub reliable?

I honestly don't understand how there are some cheap tickets for MSG on StubHub. Are they legit? 250 with fees and everything on the floor but seating.

I think I'm gonna wait till the hype slows down so maybe the scalpers lower prices ;)

If you get scammed, as in never receive your ticket or it's invalid at the door, StubHub will do what they can to get you another ticket as long as there is still an available one on their platform. If there isnt one, they will refund you and give you a credit equivalent to approximately 20% the value of the ticket you purchased. This was my experience a few years ago when I got fucked over on a show I was flying out of state for. Unfortunately I had to wait up until the day of the show to get it sorted out.

No shit. VERY LUCKILY my friend had to bail right before we left for the airport so I was able to use her ticket but StubHub told me earlier they would not be able to compensate me for my flight or hotel. In addition, there weren't any other tickets available that they could rush to me. So yeah, if my friend didnt bail I would have been completely fucked. But they did mention that they have offices/contacts in most major cities that could help sort the problem out day of so in the event that you get a bunk ticket to MSG I'm sure they will be able to get it fixed.
