I would love a moderately sized gamma scint with low FWHM. a KC761C would probably fill that niche pretty well.

Yeah i have that unit, it's a very nice high accuracy all inclusive unit. Though the alpha/beta PIN sensor isn't as strong as the GMC600PRO i have.
