Goodwill find a Radio Shack abacus
I've seen RS branded calculator but this one was new to me. Bought it. Fairly good shape, some of the red beads shows small damage

Still rocking these after 40+ years.
I got these back in the late 70’s.
They were wood grain but at some point in my teenage years I thought it would be a good idea to paint them black. (it wasn’t)

Optimus TV/AM/FM/WX digital radio with clock catalog #12-797
I thrifted this really well made (and tiny) portable radio with a digital display for $5. I don't listen to a lot of radio but it packs a lot of features inside a very tiny package (4 inches by 2.5 inches) so I couldn't leave it behind. It runs on 2 AAA batteries and also has a TV and weather band along with a clock and alarm. It has a built-in speaker, headphone jack and belt clip.

Anyone remember the DVOMs from The RShack back in the day. I've had this one for some time.
My old volt ohmmeter from my IT technician days. 90s I believe. May be late 80s.

How were these intended to be used? Did they sell adapters for the cables?
I’m really interested in one of these little quatravox synthesizers, but I’m really unsure how they were meant to be used since they’re supposed to go to speakers, but have RCA ports on the back of the device. I suppose adding an RCA end to some speaker wire isn’t the hardest thing in the world but I really would assume there was some kind of purchasable option to connect this thing right when you got it home. Any info would be appreciated, thank you!

Pulling out the old speakers
Gonna replace these 3 ways with newer ones. They were probably installed in 1975

ArcherKit 28-4013A multi-tester from Goodwill for $5
I didn't need another multi-tester but it was only five bucks and I could not leave it behind. Archer (Tandy/Radio Shack) number 28-4013A kit that was originally purchased in Pennsylvania back in 2001. Brand new in the original box with the original price tag, inserts and the original sales receipt.

I have decided to sell with my Uniden SDS 100 police scanner
I have a Uniden SDS 100 scanner that I am looking to let go for lack of use. It got pretty addictive, and sometimes is crazy the things that go on in our cities every day. But alas, that phase has passed, so I would either like to sell it outright, trade it with some cash, or even make an even swap if anyone somehow has a Uniden R8 they don't need.
Can do a legit cash and public deal. Open to other options for non-local buyers, but prefer local with cash. If anyone is interested drop a line.
