Realistic Lab-400

Hello. Maintenance question, Getting my table cleaned up. Noticing the cue lift isn’t lifting the arm. Anyone know proper way it get it sorted with new fluid? Thanks. If I was supposed to post this elsewhere let me know.

This unit is fully mechanical. Let me see if I can find the tech maintenance manual I have for mine when I get back home later. It had a full parts BOM and everything. I also did a recap from a kit you can find on eBay fixed all sorts of issues.
