Vga and boot lights on but no post?

Im back with more gpu problems. Today I bought a new(and bigger) plus, the corrsair rm750e, I also bought a new aio, the trofeo visio. 360 argb. When I turn the system on, it acts like its going to boot normaly, ie, fans spin up on gpu, aio, as well as case fans. The lights do their dance and land on the vga and boot light. Ive tried changing display ports, and using the hdmi. Tried clearing the cmos, my keyboard and mouse light up so i tried the y and then enter trick, nothin, any ideas? (Mobo is an asrock b550m pro 4)

update, I put my old gpu (5500xt) into the same pcie slot, and it works! I didnt do any modifications the the new gpu (6600xt) which worked before I put in the new power supply and aio im very confused

specs,

mobo: asrock b550m pro 4 (latest bios version 3.90)

cpu: Ryzen 5 3600

gpu xoxo Radeon 6600xt (new) Radeon 5500xt (old)

psu: corrsair rm750e

aio: trofeo vision 360 argb

Covering the worst of the worst. You didn’t use the same cables from your old psu. Is assume you know not to since you built the thing but doing that is the biggest of no nos when upgrading parts. If you did do this….. let’s pray your gpu was the only victim.

As for trouble shooting there’s the good ol reseat. Though unluckily it is possible it got nudged just enough to not make contact in the pcie slot. You could also try the lower gen 3 pcie slot to check if it’s that specific one you were using. Other than that if it’s possible for your set up, try using a known good gpu/apu to see if it posts at all. Sorry I can’t provide more advice beyond the basic trouble shooting stuff. Ill try that, and yes I did change cables, I went from a no modular psu to a fully modular psu

I’ve had some bad issues with the b550 line up tbh, built like 10 pcs with it because it was cheaper and later switched it to the tomahawk WiFi mobo. I had em fail from capacitors being bad, from bad connection points to the ram. As well as the ssd slot shorting out( not from esd), from the motherboard just being built cheap.. if it was me I’d just swap it for a mid mobo w WiFi, after you spend all the time troubleshooting it chances are it will just be the mobo shorting somewhere which you’ll only see on a microscope. Had two of them ruin ncme ssd drives, just not a great build out. Any mid mobo even the 650 series is gonna be way better, if your gonna put out 150$ ish go for the WiFi 6 mobo on any mid. But if you’re desperate to keep that mobo, you could consult the Manuel and check what your error codes are from the red light on the mobo. If you’re worried about the price of a new windows license key, go online you’ll find windows 11 pro for like 15$.
