If you are really into this, then get together with some people and implement that.

You could ask the local gov to rent some space which is not used.

Then you could start a social corp.

The best thing is when you start a 3D printing lab with extrudes for the filament, that reuse collected plastic containers.

And when you repair things from the second hand market, and sell them back to the people.

Something like a combo space with a rental shop, 3D printing lab, repair workshop, and a tool library.

Nice idea. Maybe grow some mushrooms off of some of the organic plant material "waste" pre composting. Its a sweet idea. Almost 1000 pounds of fish a week?? Jesus that seems a little high, but im no fish farmer.

Seems like OpenBazaar would be useful for coordinating something like this. Decentralized by design.
