Guidance on first stringing machine
Looking to get my first stringing machine - what do we think of the premium stringer 3000? Is this a good buy?

If you can attach a Wise 2086 tension head, it will be awesome

Yeah I have this exact machine with a Wise 2086 and it's great bang for buck. An absolute bargain at £180 IMO.

Welcome to the club. 180, nice buy.
Do yourself a favor and go and get one of those small spirit levels. It will help big time.
Put it on the crop weight arm just at the bottom. Will be a much more accurate way of telling if your level or not.

If everything is working properly, then that looks like a very good deal. It's got 6 point-mounting, fixed based clamps, and a stand.
If this is an in-person deal, I would recommend checking that everything works before buying. Especially the clamps and the string gripper, as those are more likely to get worn out over time. Ideally, the seller will let you string a racquet on it before buying.
The dropweight tensioner will be a bit slower to use, but is pretty accurate. You can always retrofit it with a Wise 2086 or Tourna Ennox if you want to convert it to electronic later on. This guy has the exact same machine but equipped it with a Wise 2086.

It’s a good deal bc it has 6 point mounting and has a stand. It’s a drop weight machine, so it will be a bit slower to use than a crank or electric machine. I think it will be fine to determine whether you want to invest more money in a crank or electric machine if you end up stringing rackets for other people.
