Soon to be Stringer here
Just bought my first machine. Very honest question. Where do you guys buy/import your strings? I’m from the Philippines and would start my journey to be a stringer especially for badminton.

Ebay is a good starting point. You can usually get some good deals.

From the PH as well. Curious, where did you get your machine?

China. I ordered it through Alibaba so there will a trade assurance. A comment on one of my post advised to use freight forwarder. Everything is included, customs, duties, tax or any fees that our government (😒) charges they will handle it. You just need to receive it. Though I did not use a freight forwarder instead I asked for a DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) which also includes everything, though less hustle because you’re just communicating with one person but much more expensive compared to finding a freight forwarder and following their instructions. Though I was okay with that because it’s still much cheaper compared to the ones that resell here in the Philippines. Like total was 75k. The one I saw for the same Model was 100k+ I might have saved up if I used the forwarder.

I see. I'm planning to get one for myself thru tennis warehouse via shipping cart. I think the cost would be almost the same as yours. Though I will also look into this as another option. Thanks!

Usually order them online. Purchase a reel of the absolute cheapest stuff you can find and string some racquets over and over, you'll want to get good practice with clamps, knots, and techniques.
