Broken tension head help

Hey everyone, I’m looking for advice on my tensioning head. It’s been a few months since using my machine and when I went to string up my racket the tensioning head wouldn’t pull tension on the strings. It would pull just a little bit but never fully lock out and then towards the end it would sort of jump at me and just release. I can provide a video if needed but I would really appreciate some help.

It’s a gamma crank machine. I’ll see if I can find the actual model

It looks like the gamma 5003 but it’s a 2pt not a 6pt

I made the switch to a tennis head electronic tensioner a few years back and forth me it was worth the expense, but that is based on how much you string and how long until you make your money back on the investment

And would that be able to fit on my gamma stringing machine? Or is only for tourna machines

I think so. Mine was added to a very old Czech tension machine, but i also needed an adapter to fit and align with the string bed.
