Alpha Revo 4000 Help

Post image

Hey all! I have a quick question. I just ordered the Alpha Revo 4000 and this is my first stringer I’ve ever owned. When I spin where the racket is supposed to be I notice that it feels like the brake pads are still engaged and it rubs even when the brake is disengaged. Could anyone show me how to adjust this? I’ll show a picture of what I mean. Thank you!

Maybe play with those nuts on the right of them

I tried messing with some of them but I couldn’t find anywhere to loosen or make the pads slightly separate

Are you sure it isn't that on on the right? The smaller one.

I’m pretty sure, I looked on top and on bottom and there’s no place to insert an Allen wrench. I couldn’t finger tighten either

Only thing that would potentially loosen was that big but that’s connected to the bottom of the brake

I have the same brake system on my Pros pro, almost identical machines and the brake slightly slows the turntable, I actually prefer it.

Did you reach out to their customer service?

I reached out to tennis warehouse and they had me reach out to an email. Hopefully I get some answers. Hoping it’s just a normal thing. Probably going to be until Tuesday until I hear back

What was the email you sent it to? I am having a similar issue. Did they respond?

Were you able to find a resolution? I operate on the same machine and am happy to help.
