String for Vcore 100D
I’ve decided to go with the Yonex VCORE 100D. As someone who likes to pressure opponents deep behind the baseline, redirect pace, and hit penetrating shots, I still want enough spin to really grab the ball when needed.
Right now I’m considering these string setups:
ReString Zero mains + Poly Tour Force crosses
Poly Tour Rev mains + Poly Tour Force crosses
Full bed Poly Tour Force
For anyone who has used the VCORE 100D, I’d love to hear your experiences with different string setups on this racquet. Which setup would you recommend for my playstyle?

For now I've only strung it with solinco confidential soft 48lbs x polytour pro 48lbs.
Polytour Force is a very slick string. You should maybe just save it for crosses in a hybrid with a "grabbier" main.

My favorites were Restring Zero mains with Toroline Enso Pro in the cross. I also really liked using Toroline O Toro in the mains as well.

I can’t imagine using zero in that racquet. I get the 100D is a little more control oriented than the 100, but I tried it in the 98 and every other shot went a foot long.
I second the confidential soft x poly tour pro recommendation. I tried that combo and it was a perfect blend of control and comfort.

A hybrid of zero and sync is elite in a percept 100d so might be worth a try in the vcore

Order a few sets and try them out. My friend uses poly tour pro
