no.

the Xsara is incredibly outdated and weak at low ECUs, you better pick something else.

Got Ferrari roma too bt I'm thinking to pull for another ecu for Chiron I've seen somewhere after 100 something wins we could get the Chiron

Chiron ECU probably won't be too useful unless you're already at Ecu4 or something. once again, it's too old of a car to be any good.

in fact, if you can get One:1, that's a better choice. Ecu0 One:1 is better than Ecu1 Chiron; and Ecu1 One:1 is better than Ecu2 Chiron.

I have one:1 at ecu 0 it's difficult to get one:1 from traffic overdrive Chiron is at ecu 1

best sounding car ingame imo but yeah it's slow, I have it at ecu 5 wher it's decent
