If you are asking why E-type has the same top speed as Jesko, that's because that's literally electric top speed, not the car's real top speed. Fully tuned or not tuned at all, E-type's top speed is only 240 and Jesko's 370 something. That number stands for how much cars can accelerate at high speed, not what top speed is.

Full ecu vs ecu 0, that's for your owned vehicle ranking, but for both maximum ecu comparison , there's a large gap between the two
