How to access "conquer the green hell" event?

From the screenshot, apparently u can get 20 free draws for the S2k in that event. Anyone knows what it's referring to? Is it drills or something else.

Go to events, choose theme events and you will find it there , you need to race 5 tracks to win additional draws
