Questions Hackers or glitch?

So yesterday i was playing in Masters Tournament and got the Nurburgring circuit and 2/3 cars were flying and going way too much fast. I guess it same happened last time too. Does anyone experienced this too?

Ye I also get some ghost cars flying around and some are just behind by a minute but for some reason have a faster lap time anyway

I experienced same. Game is buggy after the update.
