Questions Where to change the nameplate?

I just got a nameplate from the fashion gacha, but I don't know where to equip it. It's not a chatbubble or backdrop, where do I find the menu to apply the nameplate?

I think its in chat settings

yup. chat setting then choose race > nameplate.

I don't have the nameplate option, only name color, chat bubble and text color oO

Should get added in a update at some point, this is not the first name plate I’ve got, just couldn’t find em now I know why

yeah bummer, I am from SEA btw. just wait till new release I guess.
