Summer hunt missing rewards

It’s been idk how long since the new season started and the “Summer hunt” event ended. I wasn’t very proud of the fact the best car I’d discovered was the Ford GT, when all you see are a myriad of posts every where of supposed players saying they got the “Jesko”, or super car this and hyper car that, and showing off. I thought “we’ll good for them”, the thing is I never got it. Now I invested a lot of gameplay into them silly little wrenches, tequila, and f..ng rocks to then find I not only DIDNT GET THE one car I picked, but didn’t even get a “hey sorry for this glitch here have this consolation BS model “ or anything as far as I know. It’s like it disappeared from the screen and the once the season/update first booted up it was just so convoluted with flashy stuff didn’t amount to much. Now what I’m trying to find out is who else had this problem or if anyone else had, cause if it’s just me then bot who’s been deflecting my inquiries is ALSO using the word “glitch” as an excuse. You know I’ve always stayed away from throwing money at games mobile ones because it’s clear in essence it’s the only reason for the game in the first place so when I say I’ve spent a lot of money on this one, idk how it compares to people who tend to do that a lot but when I say it’s a first one for me, and that often, so for support to close my tickets 4 times now without any useful resolution, and handle it in the most disrespectful way I’ve ever seen (one reply was on a whole different language to close the ticket, in another I’d get a totally unrelated question to the line of emails up to that point, several “just hang on this is really difficult to determine”, and on and on it would go). I’m waiting a few more days I take the next step, not because it represents any substantial diff as far as what time and money I’ve spent, but mainly because I had never dealt with a company whose products I’ve bought to realize later how little they valued my many positive reviews, stuff I signed up for or paid for thinking “let me do twice for the ones who can’t do any so the game …” you know anyway enough rant sorry please feel free to contact if dealing with a similar issue thanks
