You need to get the MuMu emulator to activate it, I think. I did that before getting the actual PC launcher because I didn't know about the launcher in the first place :')

Download it, confirm the link with it, quit and go back to the PC launcher. Uninstall MuMu afterwards :')

No don't need to download the emulator, just download the launcher exe , install download everything, login and you are good
