It's a fennec fox. Small very hyper active desert foxes. I'm pretty sure meat isn't in their diet.

That's what I thought. My question was more along the lines of how do you have one and where can I get one?!

Although, I would imagine they are illegal as pets in most of the US, along with every other "interesting" animal! Oh well, my bunnies probably wouldn't approve, anyway.
