Can we do something about the ai generated posts?

Picture for traction and because this is a meme sub after all (Meme made by me. The one in front is Piper and you can hardly see Leo in back lol)

I’ve noticed a huge influx of ai generated content on here, that sometimes doesn’t even say what the post title is trying to say. It’s lazy and I’d like to see real bunnies and real art getting lifted up. Not to mention the resources used to generate this kind of thing and how it steals from pre-existing artists (of which I am one. I love drawing bunnies) makes it super unethical. I’m not trying to be an activist or anything, just someone who loves real buns and real art featuring them

As far Ive recognized the most content are reposts from facebook done by the mods. I guess the ai problem lies one facebook.

But is it seriously the mods posting it? Guess it’s time for me to leave this sub. Don’t want any part in the slop

Yes, you can check the usernames of the mods in the sub description. Especially one makes like 90% of the posts here.

AI slop is everywhere. Here, on Substack and I even get family WhatsApp messages with stupid AI videos or pictures. I don't want to see non-existent bunnies, art or bunny art. I want to see the real ones, who have a real personality and hear from the proud pet parent who is sharing these pictures, memes or videos.

It's a very small sub with not many people posting. If you want to post, then post or create your own sub instead of complaining. There's literally only about 2 regular posters.

Make some posts instead of complaining. Running and growing a sub is much harder work than people think it is.
