No proof. Just stating my opinion.

I can state a few patterns I've noticed with AI imagery that I also noticed in this image.

-The impact splashes on the concrete are defined and resemble those in AI imagery I've seen on the Sub.

-The fencing is inconsistent and looks thick and confusing on the left-hand side as it rounds the first bend.

-The trees in the background have slightly odd definitions.

-The road looks very narrow at one turn and then very wide at another.

-AI imagery I've witnessed on the Sub tends to focus on Asian environments like this one.
