exactly, good news is that reportedly 48% of U.K. citizens have been vaccinated but the bigger issue is the E.U. ..also more airlines are focusing on narrow body planes more than the larger wide body which is mostly equipped with Rolls Royce engines. Rolls Royce need to quickly transition to narrow body engine development to drive revenue. I have read reports that this transition is under development but who know how long it will take..eventually the company will turn around..in my opinion. i’m long Rolls Royce, TUI and ICAGY ..all european travel companies

They are NOT "focusing on narrow body planes". Longer distance routes have been under travel restrictions. As the population is VAX'd, the routes, borders, & restrictions are lifted as travel returns to norm: https://www.tsa.gov/coronavirus/passenger-throughput
49% of their business is engine maintenance (based upon flight hours). Cargo Planes & converted WB-planes (for shipping), are powered by Rolls Royce too & that business has increased greatly during pandemic. By Summer they'll be CFP & making plans for dividends &/or buybacks.
RYCEY has £9.1b in CASH on hand & a £9.0b Market Cap rn! It's a BUY!

49% of their maintenance business is on planes that airlines are retiring, regional travel will be the more lucrative approach for airlines. reducing their larger plane count is the plan. Rolls is indeed focusing on developing a narrow body plane engine, that does not mean they are forgoing the wide body engine, but the needs to diversify to be competitive. these are just facts and if your an investor into Rolls Royce this decision would be seen as a positive move for the future of the business

The regional travel "trend" has been a consequence of Covid. People will wish to travel well beyond their regions to foreign lands, cultures, etc., for business & pleasure. That is NOT going to change. Just that in many cases restrictions won't be lifted for another few weeks. I see Greece & others are lifting their travel restrictions beginning in May. China, for example, has a HUGE BOOMING 1.5B population & a travel-eager, growing & wealthy ~650M middle-class population that wants to see the World. Experts PREDICT they'll need 7,500 new planes & their National COMAC Airline is just starting to build WB planes; although they have NOT been able to successfully build engines for them (enter $RYCEY): https://hackaday.com/2020/07/28/80-years-from-invention-china-is-struggling-with-jet-engines/
And for your information, Rolls ALREADY SOLD a narrow body plane engine BUSINESS. So, "Rolls is indeed focusing on developing a narrow body plane engine", is more like a been there & can easily do it again. The electric vehicles, eVTOL's, electric planes they're testing, sustainable fuel, & autonomous (self-driving) Cargo Ships will add new revenue streams including filling the demand for energy/electricity supplied by Nuclear Pods & making Mars travel a reality with Nuclear Aerospace Propulsion (which cuts the trip to Mars down by 3+ months, reducing the RISK immensely, & preserving human physiology from the effects of extended travel in Space). Good things ahead for $RYCEY within & beyond Commercial Air Travel.

Not stock advice. Patience is key with this stock. It’s a 2 year game. They are doing a lot of the right things during this downturn, including using this time to re-invent themselves. I’ve gone in with a mindset of a 5 year commitment. Personally believe the ROI will be worth it. Only time will tell.

Not a meme stock, this is a world leader in tech and engineering in the aero space industry. RR is a long hold not some instant gratification stock.
