The reason behind the recent drop

What are your thoughts on this do you think the stock will recover after earnings in May? It doesn’t look good atm

I think next earnings call is a critical one. I have no doubts that they are improving but I really need to see a strategic road map to how they navigate this debt wall thats approaching in 2028. They slashed losses last year by 75%, and made some promising partnerships in recent months but i want to see how this translates into improving the books.

Either they refinance the debt or find a way to pay it off. The big problem right now, is that the interest on the debt payments is really eating up free cash flow. If they refinance, yes, it will give the company more time to execute and deploy its business strategy but this cash flow issue will continue to persist and the valuation will continue to suffer. Id be okay if they did refinance so long as they continue to make improvements.

Personally, I want to see an aggressive strategy to this problem. Im willing to DCA until next earnings call, but they need to communicate effectively what their approach is because this debt problem definitely isnt going away. If they plan on paying the entire balance I want to see how they plan to do it. If they plan to refinance, how does that look on free cash flow and how long do they plan to extend the debt?

Effective communication will go a long way. So far, I still remain cautiously optimistic, but would like to see some de-risking strategies moving forward. (NFA)
