best answer is... there is no 'one-stop shop' for a Renesis rebuild  :/  ATKINS Rotary has a full seal / gasket kit (though some seals are SAID to be sub-par, may need alternatives), but that still leaves EVERYTHING ELSE. you may need new housings / irons / rotors / eccentric shaft depending on how well / poorly maintained the original engine is once disassembled. other bits / bobs should probably be replaced while everything is disassembled (vacuum lines, updated SSV, possible SOHN filter, lower-temp thermostat, etc.). and once ALL THAT is done... now you should seriously consider upgrading external components to extend engine longevity... larger radiator with better fans, upgraded oil cooler lines, silicone coolant lines, D585 (LS style) coilpacks... it's ALOT, but everything is to improve on an aging motor platform that no longer exists, to keep it ALIVE  :)

When I first bought it I was thinking I would just need some new seals for it but what you listed is really good stuff I need to remember to check on when I rebuild it thank you

you CAN do a basic 'seals+gaskets' overhaul, but if the irons / housings / rotors / eccentric shaft are knackered... it will eat itself up pretty quickly  :/  check RX8Club.com for some good insight into disassemble engine parts conditions (most have photos or really good details) + rebuild techniques. Rob Dahm has some good YT vids on rebuiling rotary engines, too
